I was amazed at how much this sweet little girl had grown in 6 little months! Quite the difference from her newborn pics here. She was pretty serious during the first part of the session and was not about to crack a smile at me, but then daddy got to playing with her and she warmed up some. I love the 6 month stage - they are always so into their feet and usually pretty expressive at this stage. My favorite in this set is where she gets her feet to her mouth :) Enjoy~

I had so much fun with this couple! I was so flattered that they drove 2+ hours just to have ME do their FIRST ever professional photos as a couple! How exciting. They were up for anything and we braved the cold to go outside and get some variety in their session. You can just tell how in love they are and he is always making her laugh - so I had to make sure I captured them being themselves for this session :) Thank you for your service and sacrifices you have made for our country! My niece and nephew are the cutest! Miss Adalyn turned 4 in Nov. and Mr. Samuel will be the BIG ONE in a little over a week! Time sure does fly by! They did so good for their pictures - Samuel had a short cat nap while we did Adalyn's and then he was good to go and full of smiles! I love Ada in her pretty purple dress - and she is always wearing lots of jewelry (I think she gets it from grandma ;) And Sam's chubby cheeks and big blue eyes are hard to resist! Enjoy~

These 2 did fantastic for their session. Their birthdays are close together in February, so we decided to get both done at the same time. Taylor was hamming it up pretty much the whole time and Parker was a bit shy at first until we brought big brother into the room (he LOVES and is truly entertained by big brother!) I tried something new with the cake session, and I think I like it (the high chair) - what do you all think? I am glad to have the opportunity to capture these memories for this family.

Wow - cant believe its been a month and a half since I have posted on here. My Christmas break from sessions was good and now I am ready to start an exciting new year! Keep your eye out for upcoming winter specials - I will have something available for everyone!!!!!

This little girl is so super sweet. She was being pretty serious during her session, but we were still able to get lots of good smiles and sweet expressions from her - and she LOVED the rooster :) Her grandma made this cake to use and she LOVED it as well - she got a super big grin when she finally tasted the icing :) Happy First Birthday!

My nephews crack me up. As I am editing their pictures, there are quite a few that would just make me laugh - they were truly showing their personalities that day. Ashton was all about having his picture taken that day and even asked for one with his mom at the end! (I know my sister dont like ANY pictures of herself - but I love this one with her 'lil stinker :) Anyway - its always a chore to do these boys' pictures because when they come to our house - its not about pictures for them, but rather playing with their cousins! I cant believe how grown up they are looking here. It definitely goes too fast! Enjoy~

I am so happy for my sister (in law) Julie & Matt. They got engaged back in the spring and are getting married next fall. They asked me to do their engagement session, and I was happy to do so! We went out to Matt's family farm and it was beautiful. So cool that they wanted to incorporate in a place that they spend a lot of time at. The weather was a beautiful and the color even better (have I mentioned how much I LOVE fall???!!) I love these sessions as the kids are more relaxed in their own environment and I can focus more on your relationships with each other! I capture your real life in these sessions, which is the memories we tend to forget since we are usually too busy LIVING them! Its been about 2 years since I have seen this little sweetie! I cant get over how unbelievably adorable she is! I love her blonde hair and blue eyes! She did so fantastic for our session and listened to what I asked her to do every time. Her favorite thing to do is make cookies, and she was ready to go do just that once we finished :) Enjoy ~

I got the idea for the naked butts picture from one that we had done when our twins were about the same age as these guys. I must first of say that this momma is just simply gorgeous and glowing! I am enjoying editing her session - how could I not?!?!? I had a great time with her and was glad that she was up for anything! It was quite interesting getting her hubby to touch the belly though - she said he does not like to feel it move - lol! Meet our new nephew Samuel! He is just so adorable! I am sure he has already changed so much since I took these, and that only a week ago. Seems like they change everyday at this age. He was a hungry boy the day of his session and my sister in law soon realized why I said newborn sessions take so long ;) But he did great and we got some great portraits. *Would you like to get your SENIOR session for free, plus earn lots of extras?

If you answered yes to all three questions, then please take a few minutes to fill out the application to be considered to be a Senior Rep for Milestones Photography!

As a 2012 Senior Rep, you will get the following:

*Free session - this will be 2 mini sessions – one will be done in the spring and the other in the fall

* 50 rep cards

*A 20 image 5x7 proof book

*$25 cash per referral (the referral has to book and hold their session)

*$50 gift card to your choice of stores after 5 referrals

*$100 gift card to your choice of store to whomever has the most referrals by April 15, 2012

Other requirements:
*A deposit of $150 is required upon being accepted. This fee will be applied towards your print collection once you have made at least 1 referral. If you do not make any referrals, then this will be used as your session fee.
*Must place your print collection order by Oct. 31, 2011

Little Luke did fantastic for his session. Once he was asleep, we could move him just about as much as we wanted. The trusty hairdryer came in handy again (it’s one of the best newborn photographer tools !) And he was a good boy and did not dirty much laundry for me :) I looked back at older sister Alainas’ newborn pictures and I think he looks EXACTLY like her. Little Lyndsey is so sweet and for being 1 mo old, she did great for her "newborn" session. Mom and Dad were great to work with and were at ease, even as first time parents. I think Miss Gabby is one of the cutest little girls around :) She was not super smiley for her session, but she was super cute! She is very active and had me and her momma workin’ hard to get her portraits. I LOVE the one of her with her hand on her head – she was mimicking me and it was so adorable. I was rolling laughing when her mom put these “squeaker shoes” on her – they really squeak with every step she takes! Mom said she bought them so she can track where Gabby is in the house – lol! My, oh my! I cannot believe how much this little has changed in just 3 months. Her hair has gotten so much lighter and she is just full of personality! She was a doll for her session :) I had a great time capturing her fun spirit. On a technical side, I used a new web prep action on these - anybody notice any difference? Good/Bad? Enjoy!~
